Each student in the College of Arts and Sciences must fill out a Graduation Application in order to receive a diploma. Graduation Application forms are available online or in the Assistant Dean's Office.

The deadline for submitting the Graduation Forms is:

May 2008 completion: October 10, 2007  

August 2008 completion: February 28, 2008

January 2009 completion: April 2, 2008


Each student must also fill out a set of Audit forms as well. These forms must be filled out, signed(if needed), and turned into the Assistant Deans Office in Room 104 of the B-wing of the Administration Building by October 10, 2007.     

Note: A $100.00 graduation fee will be billed to the students' billing address.  A $25.00 late fee will be added to the graduation fee for those students who turn in their application late.
