Each student in the College of Arts and Sciences must fill out a Graduation Application in order to receive a diploma.The Graduation Application is available online here.

The deadline for submitting the Graduation Forms is:

Graduation applications for the May/August 2012 Commencement are due by  September 23, 2011.

Each student must also fill out a set of Audit forms as well. These forms must be filled out, signed(if needed), and brought to Room AD104, B-wing of the Administration Building.

Jan/May 2012 graduation: Audits due October 7, 2011 

August 2012 graduation: Audits due Feb. 24, 2012

Note: A $150.00 graduation fee will be billed to the students' billing address.  A $25.00 late fee will be added to the graduation fee for those students who turn in their application late.
