Each student in the College of Arts and Sciences must fill out a Graduation Application in order to receive a diploma.The Graduation Application is available online here.

The deadline for submitting the Graduation Forms is:

Graduation applications for the May 2010 Commencement are due by  September 26, 2009.

Applications for the August 2010 graduation set are due by January 29, 2010. Applications for the January 2011 graduation set are due by April 7, 2010.

Each student must also fill out a set of Audit forms as well. These forms must be filled out, signed(if needed), and brought to Room AD104, B-wing of the Administration Building.

May 2010 graduation: Audits due October 7, 2009 

August 2010 graduation: Audits due February 25, 2010

January 2011 graduation: Audits due April 7, 2010

Note: A $150.00 graduation fee will be billed to the students' billing address.  A $25.00 late fee will be added to the graduation fee for those students who turn in their application late.
