Graduation Requirements

Department Audit

As a graduating Senior, you'll need to print and fill out the Department audit for your major.

It must be signed by the department chair and your academic advisor.  If you have more than one major, forms for each major must be completed and signed.

All forms must be completed, signed and turned in by the deadline to Room AD104, the B wing of the Administration Bldg. 

Forms by Major

If your major requires a comprehensive exam or MFAT, please see your department secretary for the green card that you need to complete to register for the test.  Leave the card with the department secretary.

Please check with Dr. Kolesar for completion of honors program requirements.
