Graduation Requirements

Department Audit

As a graduating Senior, you need to download the Deparment Audit for you major and fill it out.

It must be signed by the department chair and your academic advisor.  If you have more than one major, forms for each major must be completed and signed.

All forms must be completed, signed and turned into the Assistant Deans Office in Room 104 of the B-wing of the Administration Building by October 10, 2007.         

Forms by Major

If your major requires a comprehensive exam or MFAT, please see your department secretary for the green card that you need to complete to register for the test.  Leave the card with the department secretary.

If you are in the Honors Program, please come to the Assistant Deans Office for a purple card that needs completion by you and the signature of Dr. Kolesar, Director of the Honors Program.  Bring the completed, signed card to the Assistant Deans Office.
