Schedule CALRP Focus Group Session(s), Interviews & Site Visit. Make any necessary arrangements for transportation, equipment, etc. |

Complete your on-site CALRP Focus Group Session(s), Interviews, Ritual Observation, & Site Visit within the next three weeks. Photograph CALRP site (& persons, with permission). If possible, videotape the ritual. |

Submit all paperwork in hard copy and digital form, including any photographs and/or audio-video recordings. Meet with GA to discuss your CALRP Group Report and resolve any outstanding difficulties. |

| Work with your research group to revise your CALRP Archival & Historical Research Report, edit any other parts of the project, and complete whatever written work is still outstanding. Then compile your CALRP Portfolio, including all raw data (notes, recordings, photographs, etc.), release forms, group assessment forms, and completed grading protocols. Write the summative assessment of your Portfolio. |
