Key Point: All members of the Church have rights and responsibilities, including the right to sacraments, to express their needs and desires, to offer suggestions for the well-being of the Church, and to due process if accused of a violation. They all have the responsibility to support the Church, respect the ministers, and offer religious obedience and respect to Church teaching.
