		4. How many Priests/Deacons work with your parish? What other kinds of employees does your parish have (e.g., DRE, youth minister)?
		5. How many people are members of this parish? Have you had any famous parishioners or visitors at your parish? How often does a new family join?
		6. How many people attend Mass on an average weekend? How has that number changed over the years? When was the attendance at its peak?

		13. What kind of relationship does your parish have with the civic community? What kinds of service work or outreach activities does your parish do in the neighborhood and/or the city? Are there any community events that you sponsor?
