People who have had near-death experiences commonly claim to have experienced a loving supernatural being, a final judgment, and a deep sense of peace. And they sometimes know things that they couldn't have known by normal means.Such experiences are widespread across the world and have recently been carefully researched (starting with Raymond Moody's book in 1975).
