CONFLICT OF INTEREST/COMMITMENT

JCU personnel engaged in sponsored activities are required to to submit the Disclosure of Interests Related to Sponsored Projects prior to the submission of the application to the agency. The forms can be submitted to the Dean of The Graduate School with the Internal Approval Form (see section on procedure for submission of grant proposals).

The form is required for each sponsored project and should be resubmitted annually for the life of the project.

JCU employees are also required to annually review the University's general conflict of interest policy which is kept on file by the Vice President for Finance & Administrative Services.
