For a variety of reasons, students will use a number of different forms and petitions to request substitutions for classes, ask for requests for their majors, or ask for special permission.  In these cases, the College of Arts and Sciences has online forms and petitions that students can download, complete, and get the proper signatures before coming to the Assistant Deans Office for approval.
