Each student in the College of Arts and Sciences must fill out a Graduation Application in order to receive a diploma.The Graduation Application is available online here.

The deadline for submitting the Graduation Forms is:

Graduation applications are due by September 26, 2008.

Each student must also fill out a set of Audit forms as well. These forms must be filled out, signed(if needed), and turned into the Assistant Deans Office in Room 104 of the B-wing of the Administration Building.

January 2009 graduation: Audits due April 2, 2008

May 2009 graduation: Audits due October 8, 2008

August 2009 graduation: Audits due February 26, 2009

January 2010 graduation: Audits due April 1, 2009

Note: A $100.00 graduation fee will be billed to the students' billing address.  A $25.00 late fee will be added to the graduation fee for those students who turn in their application late.
