Tina joined the College of Arts and Sciences in the fall of 2006. Her position provides administrative and clerical support for the Associate Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and the Director of the Honors Program. She has been with John Carroll University since 1993.

Bernadette Sferry

Bernadette Sferry joined the College of Arts and Sciences in fall of 2006.  She is the Administrative Assistant to the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and has been with John Carroll University for 19 years.  Her husband and three children are all John Carroll Alumni.

Sandy Roethel

Sandy Roethel joined the John Carroll community in January 2007.  As secretary to the Assistant Deans she is responsible for providing administrative support to the office.  Sandy’s duties include processing student documents, running Banner reports as well as creating and maintaining student records. 

Fran Dittrich

Fran Dittrich is the secretary for the Academic Advising Office.  She has worked at John Carroll for 8 years, starting in the Department of Education and Allied Studies, then moving to the position of Secretary to the Associate Dean of Arts and Science/Secretary to the University Core Curriculum Committee, then to the Academic Advising Office. Two of her three sons graduated from John Carroll, one from the College of Arts and Sciences and one from the Boler School of Business.  She is a part time student at JCU focusing on personal enrichment.  Her varied positions of employment at JCU and her personal experiences provide her with a broad knowledge of the University.
