Q. When is the Office of Admission open?
A. The Office of Admission is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm for group presentations and tours of campus. Group presentations are available at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. Admission professionals are also available to answer any specific questions that you may have. On Saturdays from July through April an admission presentation is offered at 12:00 pm with tours of campus at 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. The university is closed for most holidays. Q. How do I get to JCU and where does my campus visit begin?
A. For directions to John Carroll, please click on the Visit tab on this site. Your campus visit will typically begin in the Office of Admission, which is located on the second floor of Rodman Hall.

Q. Do I need to schedule an appointment to visit campus?
A. Although walk-ins will be accommodated, we strongly recommend scheduling a time for your campus visit. You can do this by calling the Office of Admission at 216.397.4294 or 888.335.6800 or scheduling a visit online.

Q. What does a typical campus visit include?
A. There really isn't a typical visit for John Carroll. We pride ourselves on personalizing our campus visit experiences to meet the unique needs of the individual. Yes, we have admission presentations and campus tours, but let us know what you would like to see and we will do our best to arrange that.
