Welcome to the Division of University Advancement. We are dedicated to supporting John Carroll University’s vision statement: to graduate individuals of intellect and character who will lead and serve by engaging the world around them and around the globe. Through alumni relations, integrated university marketing and communications, development, advancement services, and government and community relations, our goal is to build stronger relationships and secure philanthropic support for John Carroll University.

The Jesuit tradition of education is respected and revered at John Carroll. Our outstanding faculty is dedicated to teaching by supporting and encouraging research, and promoting intellectual excellence and academic rigor. This rich, learning environment often fosters bonds between students and faculty that last long after graduation.  

The Division of University Advancement supports activities to engage John Carroll alumni in the life and future of their alma mater; we strengthen University-wide marketing and communications through a unified messaging and look; we generate philanthropic resources to support scholarships, academic chairs, and other priorities of the University; and we track alumni and donor records and financial information to support vital University activities.
