Overview

The Aging Studies Concentration offers an interdisciplinary program for undergraduate students interested in deepening their understanding about aging or who may be considering a career in this exciting and growing field. This program provides:

• An understanding of the psychosocial and moral issues involved in the aging process.
• An interdisciplinary approach to the study of social gerontology that draws upon the liberal arts education.
• The opportunity for hands-on experience working with older adults in either a health, social and/or research setting.
