Dear John Carroll Alumni,

Welcome to the John Carroll Alumni Association web site!  The John Carroll Alumni Association is an organization of over 35,000 members worldwide.  Our John Carroll experience connects all of us in a very special way, so I hope you will use this web site as a means to keep that connection alive, no matter where life takes you.

Membership to the Alumni Association is free and takes effect the moment you graduate.  There are many benefits that go along with your membership and many ways to stay involved.  Attend your class Reunion, come back to campus for Homecoming, help the University recruit talented students from your hometown or simply send a note to your Class Columnist to let us know of any big changes in your life.  Your classmates will be happy to hear from you!

In the Office of Alumni Relations, there are some important changes going on.  Ryan Daly, who has served as the Director of Alumni Relations since September 2004, will now serve the University in a new role, as a Development Director.  Ryan has been very successful as the Director of Alumni Relations and is sure to continue that success in his new position.  Accordingly, the University will begin a search for the new Director of Alumni Relations in the near future.  Any inquiries about this position should be made to John Carroll’s Department of Human Resources.

In addition to Ryan’s transition, the Office of Alumni Relations has welcomed two new employees to the department.  Theresa Spada ’04 is the Alumni and Special Events Coordinator.  She is responsible for coordinating alumni events throughout the year, including Reunion and Homecoming.  Becca Machusick ’04 is the Communications and Young Alumni Coordinator.  She is responsible for communications and marketing efforts of Alumni Relations.  Both Theresa and Becca are happy to be of service to you in any way they can.
