Birth Announcements

Jacob Christoper Hite is the latest addition to the family of Matthew '93 and Kristine (Tuttle) '92 Hite. Jacob was born October 20, 2003, coming in at 9 lbs., 9 ozs., and 20½" long.

David Gassman '89 and wife Beth welcomed daughter Mary Elizabeth Gassman into the world on September 25, 2003. Mary joins siblings Paul, Emma and Dean at home in Avon, OH.

Becky (Powers) Dinnen '93, who directs the Alumni-in-Admission program, will have another prospect for her volunteers to call in about 2020 -- Patrick Hamilton Dinnen, all 8.5 pounds and 22 inches of him -- born to David and her on June 18, 2003. With initials like those (PHD), he's surely headed toward higher education!

Tyler Vincent Close became the latest future JCU graduate, joining the family of our Webmaster, Vincent '93 and Renee (Heinle) '94, '99G Close. Tyler was born March 19, 2003, at 7 lbs., 7 oz., and 19¼" long.

Anne Kelly Castagnero joined the family of Robert "Toots" '95 and Julie (Smith) '93 Castagnero. Anne was born February 12, 2003, checking in at 7 lbs., 8 oz., and 19" long.

Jacqueline Ann Patton is the latest arrival to the family of Mary (Power) '83 and John Patton. Jacqueline was born November 24, 2002, checking in at 8 lbs., 8 oz., and 21" long.

Katie Ann Connor became the latest member of the JCU family on November 20, 2002. She is the daughter of Tim '91 and Heather Connor. Katie tipped the scales at 6 lbs., 7 ozs., and 20" long.

It's a baby boy for Matthew '97 and Sherry (Lucchetti) Watts '97. Andrew Michael Watts was born November 18, 2002, checking in at 8 lbs., 2 oz., and 21" long.

Amy (McKitrick) Malloy '85 and husband, Sean, welcomed Declan Michael Malloy into the world on July 12, 2002. He joins big sister Kelly Anne Malloy, who is 3 years old.

Mike Abdoo '93 and wife, Jennifer, had their first child, Johnathan Michael (AKA Nathan), on July 5, 2002, weighing 9 lb. 2 oz., and 21" long.

Add one more to the "Newest Blue Streaks" Club! Fiona Marie Schaeffer was born June 13, 2000, checking in at 4 lbs., 6 oz. She is the daughter of Bridget (McGuinness) '92 and Dennis Schaeffer.

Megan Rhine is the latest addition to the family of Stefanie (Ulatwoski) '90 and husband Daniel Rhine. Megan joined the JCU family on March 1, 2001, joining big brother Jack, who is 4 years old.

David Lloyd Gainer is the newest arrival in the family of Terrance '94 and Marcy (Mulbarger) Gainer '95. David joins his 15 month-old big brother, Terrance III (Trip).

Anna Rose Nuzzo is the latest addition to the family of Shauna (Monsour) '92 Nuzzo and husband Mike.

Kevin Francis Healy, 7 lbs. 3 oz. and 20 inches, was born to Brian Healy '93 and wife Christy (Cilli) ’94 on November 2, 2001.

It's a baby boy for Tom and Melissa (Parenti) Glynn '97. Reggie Glynn was born October 13, 2001, joining big brother Archer, who is 3 years old.

Edward Guzowski and wife, Beth (Perri) ’94, experienced the birth of their daughter, Lauren Ann Guzowski, on August 29, 2001

It's a baby girl for Andy Wisner '93 and wife Nicole. Elise Andrea Wisner was born July 26, 2001 weighing in at 8 lbs., 7 oz., and 21" long.

Monica (Merella) '93 and Ted Steiner '93 had their second child, Isaiah David Steiner, on April 11, 2001, weighing 6 lbs. 12 oz.

Christine (McFarland) Picard '93 and husband. Urban ’77 had another baby boy, Timothy, on April 2, 2001; he was 8 lbs. 15 oz. and 21" long.

It's a boy for Mark Sasala '93 and wife Rosemary. Xavier Michael Sasala was born on March 27, 2001, weighing in at 6 lbs., 13 oz., and 21" long.

Katherine Ann Reardon was born on February 15, 2001 at 6:44 a.m. and was 7 lbs. 15 oz., 20" long. The parents are Julie (Roddy) '93 and Dennis Reardon '93.

Eric Saunders '93 and his wife, Dana, welcomed their first child, Hope Kimberly, on January 25, 2001.

Add another boy to the family of John '93G and Katherine (Szymczyk) Litwinowicz '94. Christian Michael Litwinowicz was born at 2:57 p.m. on June 8, 2000, tipping the scales at 6 lbs., 6 oz., and 19" long.

It's a girl for Jill (Wagner) Amolsch '93 and husband Kevin. Molly Moran Amolsch was born at 4:35 a.m. on January 16, 2000.

It's a boy for Urban '77 and Christine (McFarland) Picard '93. Robert Anselm Picard was born at 11:36 a.m. on September 25, 1999. Robert weighed in at 8 lbs., 3 oz.

It's a boy for Deanne (Hanley) Bauer '92 and husband Greg '93. Connor Kenneth Bauer joined the JCU family at 4:56 a.m. on September 8, 1999. Our newest Cleveland Browns fan weighed in at 7 lbs., 4 ozs.

The stork recently paid a visit to Nick '92 and Andrea (Grilli) Ciulli '93. Anthony Nicholas Ciulli was born on August 8, 1999, checking in at 4 lbs., 10 oz, and 19" long.

It's a girl for John '97 and Shannon (McCabe) Hotek '96. Lauren Elizabeth Hotek was born on July 2, 1999.

Add two more to the family for Harold '93 and Jennifer (Kuhr) Aubry '94. Eric Alexis, weighing in at 6 lbs., 5 oz., and twin brother Nicholas James, tipping the scales at 4 lbs., 11 oz. became the newest members of the JCU family on May 8, 1999.

It's a boy for John '93G and Katherine (Szymczyk) Litwinowicz '94. Zachary James Litwinowicz joined the JCU family at 8:21 p.m. on February 15, 1999, checking in at 8 lbs., 11 oz., and 20" long.

It's a boy for Matthew '93 and Kristine (Tuttle) Hite '92. Ryan Matthew Hite was born at 7:28 p.m. on January 6, 1999, tipping the scales at 8 lbs., 13 ozs.
