Diversity and the Curriculum

As noted in the University’s Vision, Mission, Core Values and Strategic Initiatives Statement, John Carroll is “An inclusive community where differing points of view and experience are valued as opportunities for mutual learning.” This commitment to diversity is manifested in the curriculum via the diversity requirement in the Liberal Arts Core, various interdisciplinary concentrations as well as an abundance of relevant courses infused throughout the curriculum.
