Environmental Issues Group
Who are we?
The Environmental Issues Group is composed of students active in the Biology Club who are interested in making the John Carroll community more sustainable in its practices.
When and where do we meet?
We meet every Friday afternoon at 3:15 pm in Dr. Drenovsky's lab (W240 Dolan). We welcome any student interested in environmental issues to join us!
What are some of our goals?
- To increase awareness of how students, faculty, staff, and administrators can Go Green.
- To improve the campus recycling program through more education, improved signage, and greater access to recycling bins throughout campus.
- To create a bike fleet on campus for use by the campus community.
