In 2010, I completed my B.S. in Biology at John Carroll University while studying the neurological effects of Lunesta. My research interests as an M.S. student include Neuroscience and models of heart disease in the rat.

I received my Bc. degree at the University of South Bohemia, Czech Republic. The title of my bachelor's theses was Aerophytic Cyanobacteria from San Gerardo de Rivas region, San José, Costa Rica. At John Carroll I will continue working with terrestrial cyanobacteria, this time from Atacama Desert, Chile.
