ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATION

John Carroll's Accounting Association is the only accounting student organization on campus. Membership is open to any student with an interest in accounting.

The objectives are to:
  •   instill in its members a desire for self-improvement,
  •   foster high moral and ethical standards in its members,
  •   encourage student involvement in extracurricular   accounting activities, without pecuniary profit to any
      officer or member,

  •   encourage and give recognition for scholastic and   professional excellence,
  •   provide opportunities for association among its members   and practicing accountants, and
  •   promote the general excellence of education at John Carroll
      University.
How to join:

Membership forms are available on the Accounting Association bulletin board in the hallway near the Department of Accountancy office (BR 13).

Officers:

Nominations for officers are opened at the end of the Fall semester and the election is held in the Spring semester. The offices of President, Vice President, and Tutor Chair are reserved for seniors-to-be. All other offices are open to all students regardless of class standing.
