*For students taking MT 135 and MN 461, 8 general electives hours are normally   needed to meet the 128 credit hours required for the degree.

#It is essential that economics majors complete EC 301 and EC 302 prior to second   semester senior year, in preparation for the comprehensive examination.

@PL 311 is recommended for students who are considering the fifth-year MBA program, since taking PL 311 can result in eligibility for testing out of MN 591.
