APPLICATION FEE
If mailing the entire application, please include a $25 application fee in the form of a check or money order made payable to John Carroll University. The application fee is non-refundable and will not apply toward tuition. (The fee does not apply to online applicants.)
OFFICIAL GMAT
Official copies of your GMAT score should be sent directly to John Carroll University from the Educational Testing Service (ETS). Information about the GMAT may be obtained from the Graduate Management Admission Council at www.mba.com.
TRANSCRIPTS
Request an official transcript from the registrar of each college or university you attended. Transcripts must remain in the registrar's officially sealed envelope, or your transcript will not be considered. The transcripts must be mailed directly to the Boler School Dean's Office.
LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION
We require at least one letter of recommendation commenting on your academic, managerial, or leadership capabilities and potential for graduate study in business. Your recommender can send the letter directly to the Boler School. Please use Boler's official Recommendation Form.
RESUME
Your resume should demonstrate your potential for managerial, leadership, and academic achievements during your graduate business studies.
PERSONAL GOAL STATEMENT
Complete and submit an essay entitled, "Graduate business education: Enabling me to achieve my personal goals and become a leader."
The Boler School of Business retains application portfolios for one year only. Applicants wishing to re-apply should inform the school in writing, requesting their file to be re-opened for the following semester.
