Ben Forbes' current teaching areas include Organizational Behavior, and Leadership and Managerial Skills. Recent research interests include Leadership, Creativity, Work Abuse and Spirituality in Management. Ben’s publications have appeared in journals such as The Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Business Horizons, Journal of Management Education, and SAM Advanced Management Journal. He is also the coauthor of the book Corporate Mobility and Paths to the Top: Studies for Human Resource and Management Development Specialists.
