Prior to coming to John Carroll, Dr. Richard Grenci held faculty positions
at the University of Virginia and Indiana University of Pennsylvania,
as well as professional positions with Deloitte & Touche Consulting
and Mellon Bank.
Dr. Grenci conducts research in the areas of Internet commerce, online
customization, customer decision support, and pedagogical issues in information
systems. He has published articles in Communications of the ACM, the Journal
of Computer Information Systems, and the Journal of Information Systems
Education. He is a member of the Association for Information Systems and
the International Association of Information Management.
