Dr. Nathan S. Hartman joined John Carroll University in August of 2004.
Dr. Hartman teaches undergraduate organizational behavior, staffing organizations,
and executive decision making and at the masters level he teaches Human
Resource Management Strategy. His research interests include organizational
citizenship behaviors, employee selection, and research methods. Dr. Hartman
is a member of the Academy of Management and the Society for Industrial
and Organizational Psychology.
