Albert L. Nagy is a CPA in Ohio, and a member of the American Accounting
Association, Institute of Internal Auditors, and the American Institute
and Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Dr. Nagy's primary teaching interest is auditing, and his research interests
include audit quality, earnings management, financial statement fraud,
auditor industry specialization, internal audit, and executive compensation.
He has published articles in a several leading accounting journals, including
Accounting Horizons, Auditing: A Journal of Practice and Theory, Research
in Accounting Regulation, The International Journal of Accounting, Managerial
Auditing Journal, and the Ohio CPA, and has made several academic presentations
at national and regional meetings throughout the United States.
Dr. Nagy is happily married to his wife Marianne and is the proud father
of his son Peter and daughter Grace. They all reside in Stow, Ohio.
