WHO: Ohio Secretary of State, Jennifer Brunner
Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner serves as the state's chief elections officer. The Secretary’s address will provide insight into the election process, outline her plans for restoring public confidence to voters in Ohio, and highlight other varied functions of her role as Secretary of State. Ms. Brunner will also explain how her experience as a Franklin County Common Pleas Court Judge and election law expert prepared her for one of the most visible and challenging elected offices in Ohio.
WHAT: The Woelfl Seminar, John Carroll University
The Woelfl Seminar in Public Policy was established in 1981 in honor of Rev. Paul A. Woelfl, S.J., the founder and long-time chair of the Department of Political Science at John Carroll University. The purpose of the Woelfl Seminar on Public Policy is to provide an academic forum for the discussion of significant public policy issues.
