How to Update JCU Billing Email Addresses

HOW TO BE SURE YOUR STUDENT ACCOUNT STATEMENT IS SENT TO YOUR PARENTS

 

When the university sends a statement (all statements are sent by email) you can be sure a copy is sent to your bill payer as well as yourself.

 

In the Banner Self-Service System follow this protocol:

Personal Information  >  Update Email Addresses

Ask Parents to add jcuebill@jcu.edu to their address book

This prevents our email from being rejected by thier host.
