EMS ASSOCIATION (CPR REQUESTS)
Created as a satellite organization to JCU EMS, the Emergency Medical Services Association is open to all students on campus. The primary goal of the group is to extend our volunteer services to education of both the campus and local community.
The main activities of EMSA include CPR and AED classes for student, faculty and other individuals as well as education on maintaining healthy living habits during campus events. Individuals are trained from the Cleveland Clinic Health System to be Instructors of CPR and using the appropriate materials, teach groups how to make Cleveland a safer place to live.
Individuals may join the group at any time.
CPR classes may be requested with at least TWO WEEKS advance notice outside of our main station in LSC Suite 201 on the second floor of the student atrium.
