Temporary Lot
Located in front of the Administration Building, this lot is for general parking. The lot closes from 2:00 AM until 7:00 AM daily. Overnight parking is not permitted. (Enforced 7 days a week.)

Handicapped Parking
Handicapped areas in each lot are marked and reserved for persons displaying a valid, state-issued handicapped permit.
Handicapped permits must be displayed in addition to a valid JCU permit.
Visitors Parking
Visitors may obtain a permit at either entrance to the campus. These permits can be used in any general/visitor parking lot. Visitors to Rodman Hall/Admissions should obtain a token from the Belvoir or Carroll Blvd. Gate Attendant to pass through the parking lot gate.
Note: Please inform visitors and vendors that the campus parking lots may be full (closed) at certain times of the day and that they may use the shuttle lot. (See Shuttle Lot below )
Residence Hall Driveways
No parking is permitted in residence hall driveways. These driveways are fire lanes and only for emergency fire and police equipment.
JCU CSS officers are instructed to keep the driveways clear at all times. You will be towed.
Evening Permits
Evening (restricted) permit holders using the JCU Library or other facilities during hours that their permit is invalid must purchase a temporary student permit, use the shuttle, or park off campus.
Liability for Parked Vehicles
JCU CSS officers patrol the parking lots. However, JCU assumes no liability or responsibility for any vehicle and/or contents while parked on campus. Any vehicle accidents on campus should be reported to the CSS Department.
Lot Full
To ensure the safety of the campus and allow for emergency vehicle access when general parking lots become full, entrance drives will be closed and gated to prohibit additional cars from entering campus. The lots will be re-opened when a significant number of spaces becomes available. CSS personnel have been instructed to follow this policy rather than a "one-out, one-in" approach.
When general lots are full, it is possible that some spaces may still be available in lots reserved for faculty and staff. When this condition exists, a sign at the Carroll Blvd. Entrance will be posted:"Faculty/Staff Open." Faculty and staff will be permitted by CSS personnel to enter the campus at this entrance only. Entry will not be permitted via Belvoir Blvd.
