The Department of Campus Safety Services (CSS) at John Carroll University is primarily responsible for ensuring the safety of all persons living, working or visiting the university.  This requires considerable attention to regulating the flow of traffic and the appropriate use of parking.

All  JCU students, including Freshmen and Sophomores, are required to move their vehicles from the Belvoir Lot on the day of a JCU home football game, the St. Ignatius High School football game or the Cleveland Northeast Suburban College Fair

All cars must be moved from the Belvoir parking lot by 11:00 pm the night before these events: Sept. 5th, Sept. 19th, Oct. 10th, Oct. 15th, Oct. 24th, Oct. 31st, and Nov. 7th.

• Beginning Monday, September
  7, 2009, parking permits will be required for all vehicles Monday through Friday. Vehicles not displaying a permit will not be permitted on campus.
• Students parking at the Green
  Road Annex can park on campus
  on weekends with the  following exception: No Green Road Annex permit holders are permitted to park on campus the weekend of October 23rd through October 25th
