An authorized parking permit must be displayed at all times on vehicles parked on campus by faculty, staff, students and visitors. Vehicles must be parked in designated areas (see Parking Areas). Permits must be affixed to the drivers side of the front windshield, lower left corner. Temporary permits must be placed on the drivers side of the dashboard with the printed side displayed. The speed limit everywhere on campus is 5 mph. The Belvoir Entrance is open 24 hours daily. The Carroll Entrance is open 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM Monday thru Friday, and is open 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Saturday & Sunday. The driver of any vehicle that is inoperable and left in any parking lot must notify CSS at 216-397-4600 to keep the vehicle on campus.
