Students who believe they have been victims of sexual harassment by faculty members, staff members, or administrators should refer to the Human Resources website at www.jcu.edu/fas/docs/hrpolicies/2008_SH_Policy.pdf for a detailed explanation of the policy and procedures to follow for resolution to the matter. Students who believe they have been victims of sexual harassment by other students should make a report with Campus Safety Services. Sexual harassment by a student is considered a violation of the Student Code of Conduct and is defined by The Sex Offense Policy.
