SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICY AND PROCEDURES

Students who believe they have been victims of sexual harassment by faculty members, staff members, or administrators should refer to the Human Resources website at www.jcu.edu/fas/docs/hrpolicies/2008_SH_Policy.pdf for a detailed explanation of the policy and procedures to follow for resolution to the matter.

Students who believe they have been victims of sexual harassment by other students should make a report with Campus Safety Services.  Sexual harassment by a student is considered a violation of the Student Code of Conduct and is defined by The Sex Offense Policy.
