GENERAL GOLF RULES

1. Rules: The tournament will be a 18-hole two-person golf scramble. Teams will be on the honor system and will keep their own scores. Tee-times will begin at 1 PM. Participants should arrive at clubhouse 20 minutes prior to the start time to go over rules.
2. Tiebreaker: In the event of a tie for lowest score, teams will refer to scores on the lowest handicap hole and proceed until there is a clear winner.
3. Eligibility: The tournament is open to all students, faculty, and staff. Current members of the John Carroll University golf team are not eligible to play.
4. Divisions: Men's, women's, and co-ed divisions will be offered.
5. Equipment: No golf equipment will be provided.
6. Dress Code: All participants need to wear a collared shirt and dress pants or shorts (khakis are acceptable).
7. Golf Etiquette: It will be expected that all participants respect the game, the course, and their opponents. Unsportsmanlike conduct or slow play will not be tolerated.
8. Awards: The teams who win the divisions will receive intramural T-shirts. Also, their picture will be taken and placed on the intramural board.
