In support of the mission of John Carroll University, the
Emerging Leader Program (ELP) provides learning opportunities
for students to develop their personal and professional
leadership potential. This program will encourage students
to become change agents within the dimensions of self, others,
and the community through new, innovative, and interactive
experiences, which will help students understand themselves
as leaders and be better prepared as student leaders for
the future.
