McCOOL NAMED TO NACA NATIONAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Maura McCool, a member of the Class of 2010 reigning from Pittsburgh, PA, has been named one of two student representatives to the National Association for Campus Activities (NACA) National Board of Directors for a term of one year, beginning on May 1, 2009.

Currently serving a second term as the Student Union Programming Board's Director of Major Events, she oversees homecoming, winter formal, and the winter and spring concert committees. She had previously served as SUPB's Print Media Chair. Maura is also a career assistant intern for the Center for Career Services, and is involved with Campus Ministry as a Eucharistic Minister and retreatant.

Maura joins one other student and 12 student affairs and programming professionals from across the country. The Board of Directors helps to bring member schools and associates opportunities to train students and staff, network with schools, artists and agencies and book entertainment. This is a very prestigious honor. Congratulations, Maura! We are so proud of you!!
