CARROLL BOOK CLUB

Purpose:

The purpose of the Carroll Book Club is to broaden the cultural understanding of our world today and our world past to any interested JCU students through the reading, group critical analysis, and discussion of selected books. Through this, JCU students will better understand the world they live in, thus be able to better contribute to react empathetically towards, and understand, the world in which we live.

Events/Activities:

Movie trips to theatre if relevant to a selected book, book drive, reading books written by JCU authors and inviting them to speak with members

Meetings: Monthly on Mondays at 5:00pm
