PRE-PHARMACY CLUB
Purpose: |
To guide students who potentially want to enter
into a pharmaceutical career field. The goal of the Pre-Pharmacy
Club is to offer support and knowledge to its members in order
to strengthen their ability to receive admission to pharmacy
school and/or pharmaceutical field while engaging members
in respectable activities. |

Events/Activities: |
Visiting pharmacy schools and attending open
houses, guest speakers relevant to the pharmaceutical career,
volunteer work in the surrounding community. |

| Meetings: |
Monthly, held Wednesdays at 8:00pm in the Chemistry Department |

Students should join the Pre-Pharmacy Club if they are at all interested
in a potential career involving pharmacy or the pharmaceutical business.
The club is a great way to learn more about pharmacy and pharmacy
schools. The club will help you build connections within the pharmaceutical
business and applying to related programs after JCU.
