Circuit Training
This class offers general training for speed, agility, reaction, balance, quickness, and power in sport. This class will help in implementing the idea of sets and reps into your workout. Participants should be ready for an intense workout in order to put forth maximal effort!

Salsa
This class is designed to give the student the necessary building blocks for great Salsa dancing. Along with several variations of the basic, the student will learn new moves every week that will include a variety of turns, hand changes, crossbody lead, and beginner to intermediate patterns. Emphasis will be placed on partnership, timing, posture, and lead and follow skills. The basics will be reviewed every week before moving into new material.
