A complete mind and body experience that teaches you new breathing techniques while working on strength, flexibility and balance. We have yoga mats, straps and blocks to ensure the best experience. (Evening Yoga is 1.5 hours to include all the parts of the body) |

This indoor cycling class will burn mega-calories while toning your legs all over. The intensity of this class will have you spinning. (This class is limited to 11 participants on a first come first serve basis).
