Sarah is one of the founding instructors of the JCU Fitness program and has
been teaching classes since 1999. She is also a certified Personal Fitness
Trainer. She has a passion for health and physical fitness and loves the
fact that she gets to witness so many people reaching their goals. She also
specializes in training athletes and has taught classes to the Cleveland
Cavalier Girls and JCU sports teams. Check out her Saturday morning
bootcamp class if you really want to get your weekend started off strong! |

Amy Cronin received her yoga teacher certification from Cleveland Yoga, a Baron Baptiste affiliate studio here in Cleveland in June 2008. She has been practicing yoga for 8 years and is excited to finally teach what she is so passionate about. Amy is a native of University Heights and currently lives here with her husband, Michael, and her two children, Katie and William. |

Bill Pickron earned yoga teacher certification from Bhumi's Yoga and Wellness Center in August 2005. He has taught Tai Chi Chuan (Taijiquan) since 1996. He earned a baccalaureate in 1995 from Kent State University with a major in Psychology and minors in Business Administration and Communication Rhetoric. Bill has interests in photography, nature, NLP and computer applications. |

Maggie Fenstemaker earned spinning teacher certification from Johnny G's official spinning group. She is a Junior, and Finance major at John Carroll University. She is originally from Monroeville, PA and has been spinning for five years. Maggie has interests in her sorority- Gamma Phi Beta, loves hanging out with friends, and traveling.

Bridget Benninger is a senior here at John Carroll University. She thoroughly enjoys all sports, especially cardio kickboxing. Bridget has done cardio kickboxing, pilates and other forms of aerobics for years and believes that these exercises are a great way to relieve stress, stay in shape and build confidence! |

Anne Heller is from West Virginia and is a Junior Education Major with concentrations in English and math. She teaches pilates and spinning, and is certified to teach group aerobics fitness classes. She is involved in campus ministry and Every Two Minutes as well. |
| Kristie Maravalli |

Kristie also serves as the head Women's Basketball Coach. She is a 1993 graduate of Susquehanna University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Maravalli also earned a Master of Science degree is Administration (concentration on Sports management) from West Chester University in 1996. Maravalli was a three-time all-conference women's basketball player who helped lead the Crusaders to three NCAA Division III playoff appearances (1991, 1992 and 1993). |

Erin Brooks-Kingsbury also serves as the head Softball Coach. She received two major student-athlete awards at Fordham -- The 2004 Claire G. Hobbs Award as Fordham's Female Athlete of the Year, and the 2004 Daniel Quilty Student-Athlete Award for academic achievement, excellence in athletics and active participation in community service. |

Cally also serves as the head Volleyball Coach, in addition to being the Intramural Coordinator. Plummer, a four-time selection to the All Southeastern Conference volleyball team during her playing days at the University of South Carolina, was named as the fifth head coach in the history of the John Carroll University volleyball program in the summer of 2005. She was selected to the All-SEC Academic Team four times. |

Nate has a strict dedication and love for fitness. He has six years of personal training experience, and has worked with hundreds of people in greater Cleveland area. He teaches not only how to get in shape in the weight room, but also how to manage personal fitness goals for the future. Nate has worked with, children, athletes, adults, and seniors, helping them all get in the best shape of their lives. Getting results won’t always be easy, but Nate focuses on making it as fun as possible. Nate currently holds certifications in personal training and sports nutrition. |
Alyson Andrassy |

Alyson is a Cleveland native who recently returned after spending the last five and a half years in San Diego, CA. Her time out West was well spent enhancing her Health Education and Dance Education background (B.S. 2001, Bowling Green State University), while working for corporate health and fitness companies such as: The American Council on Exercise, IDEA Health and Fitness and The C.H.E.K Institute. She has a passion for stretching techniques, lifestyle changes and motivation techniques, dance, total body strength training and post-injury rehabilitation and conditioning. Alyson plans to start Physical Therapy Assistant school in the spring of 2009. |
