Sara Ezzie

  Personal Fitness Trainer

  Sarah is one of the founding instructors of the JCU Fitness program and has been teaching classes since 1999. She is also a certified Personal Fitness Trainer. She has a passion for health and physical fitness and loves the fact that she gets to witness so many people reaching their goals. She also specializes in training athletes and has taught classes to the Cleveland Cavalier Girls and JCU sports teams. Check out her Saturday morning bootcamp class if you really want to get your weekend started off strong!

 

Erin Borger

  Toning and Sculpting
     

  I am currently a junior here at JCU, majoring in Communications with a minor in Business. When I'm not busy with classes and teaching, I like to relax by watching TV, shopping, and hanging out with my friends. Definitely check out the class if you are looking for a fun way to get in shape and stay fit!

 

Bill Pickron

  Yoga
     

 

Bill Pickron earned yoga teacher certification from Bhumi's Yoga and Wellness Center in August 2005. He has taught Tai Chi Chuan (Taijiquan) since 1996. He earned a baccalaureate in 1995 from Kent State University with a major in Psychology and  minors in Business Administration and Communication Rhetoric. Bill has interests in photography, nature, NLP and computer applications.

 

Molly Hogan

  Spinning
     

  I am a senior in the exercise science major and plan on going onto graduate school for physical therapy. I've been a certified Spinning instructor since September 2005 and have taught at two different gyms in Rochester, NY, and currently teach at the Hillcrest YMCA, and also here at John Carroll. When I'm not teaching or busy with school, I love listening to music and spending time with friends. Definitely check out a class if you like a challenging workout!
