RECREATION RENTALS

The following items are available for check out at the Recreation Desk on a daily basis with the submission of a validated identification card or membership card.  Facilities may be rented as well.

All of the recreational facilities are available for rental.  Dates and availability for rentals varies.

FACILITY RENTAL FOR STUDENT/FACULTY/STAFF GROUPS:

Facility rental for students, faculty, and staff groups is free.  The facility must be used with the express purpose of hosting an event for other students, faculty, and staff of John Carroll University.  A formal request must be made at least two weeks in advance to Sandy Howard, Director of Recreation and Intramurals.  The completion of a Facilities Request Form initiates the process.  These forms may be obtained from Sandy Howard at (216) 397-3092 or showard@jcu.edu.

FACILITY RENTAL FOR OUTSIDE GROUPS:

Facility rental for outside groups must be made through Larry Bachtel, Director of Facilities Scheduling.  There is a fee attached to the rental of the various facilities.  A formal request must be made at least two weeks in advance to Larry Bachtel.  The completion of a Facilities Request Form initiates the process.  These forms may be obtained from Larry Bachtel at (216) 397-4316 or lbachtel@jcu.edu.
