Sandy Howard graduated from Robert Morris University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.  She received her Masters of Arts in Sports Administration from Kent State University.  Sandy has served as the Director of Recreation, Intramurals, and Club Sports at John Carroll University since August 1999. Cally is the Head Women's Volleyball Coach at JCU. She also serves as Assistant Director of Intramurals when the volleyball season is completed.

Courtney is a graduate of Ashland University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. During her undergraduate years, she was a co-president and member of the Women's Club Basketball team, as well as a Resident Assistant. Aaron Tripp

Aaron graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management. While at Kent State, Aaron worked at the recreation center for three years. He worked at Cleveland State's recreation center as the Fitness Supervisor for a year before coming to John Carroll. Aaron is in his second year as the Graduate Assistant for Recreation and Fitness.
