The Student Union Hearing Board (SUHB) hears cases in regard to violations of the JCU Student Code of Conduct. The nine members serve as a jury to deliberate on and investigate cases involving their peers. They work to maintain the community standards at John Carroll. The Vice President for Judicial Affairs acts as the Chief Justice of the SUHB to ensure a confidential and unbiased process.
