Demographic information, frequency of student engagement in leadership activities before college, confidence levels of pre-college student in their leadership abilities, types of activities the student participates in, types of programs the student utilizes to improve their leadership abilities, self-evaluation of current leadership capabilities, and student’s attitudes towards leadership

The purpose of this study is to enhance knowledge regarding college student leadership development as well as the influence of higher education on the development of student leadership capacities. Specific attention is given to the influence of college environmental factors on leadership development.
