The “Lightning Round” is a series of short (5-question) surveys used to gather feedback related to the student experience at John Carroll University.  Students are asked to share their thoughts and opinions on a variety of topics in order to provide a better understanding of student issues, expectations, needs and satisfaction.

Types of events on campus students have attended, whether students join clubs and organizations, number of weekends students go home or off campus, perceived difficulty of college coursework, congruence between actual JCU experience and that presented by admissions, number of friends made on campus, how often students talk with parents, favorite television show, use of facebook.com and myspace.com, and if they shared a room at home.

The Student Athlete Survey was designed to examine the student athlete experience at JCU. The results provide insight into the areas in which athletes are satisfied or dissatisfied and also the ways in which they spend their time.

The Student Involvement Survey will provide information about the types of organizations and activities that students are involved in as a part of your experience at JCU. Survey data will help the University to improve existing programs, address issues, and develop new activities that meet student needs and interests.
