- Dr. Patrick H. Rombalski, Vice President for Student Affairs, has announced his acceptance of the position of Vice President of
Student Affairs at Boston College beginning early June. Since coming to John Carroll in 1997, Patrick has significantly contributed to the University; first as Dean of Students, and since 2002, as Vice President for Student Affairs. His interest in the total student experience, his attention to comparative data for assessment and change and his commitment to our Catholic, Jesuit identity and mission are a few examples of his many contributions. He has been
an invaluable participant in the significant deliberations of the
senior
university leadership during these last years.
The formation of a search committee for a new Vice President of Student Affairs will be announced soon.
Our congratulations and best wishes go with Patrick and his family as he accepts this new challenge and opportunity.
