PARTICIPANT DEFINITIONS

Designated administrators – In general, this refers to all full time administrators. Some
groups and/or individuals may not be required to attend depending on the topic or
purpose of the meeting. This will be determined by the Vice President for Student Affairs
and will be made clear in the invitation.

Full time administrators & staff – all full time administrators and staff (excluding CSS
officers)

Full time staff – all staff members who work full time (excluding CSS officers)

All divisional employees – all employees of the division of student affairs. This includes
full and part time administrators, graduate assistants, and staff. This also includes the
head leadership team of University Dining Services.*

*Note: All divisional employees, along with a guest or their families, are invited to attend
the Annual Student Affairs Picnic.
