Third Party Recruiters
As a third party recruiter we want you to understand that John Carroll University is a member of NACE (National Association of Colleges & Employers). As a member of NACE we subscribe and adhere to the NACE Principles for Professional Conduct for Career Services & Employment Professionals ( http://www.naceweb.org/principles/principl.html ). Included in this document is a section titled Principles for Third Party Recruiters. Third party recruiters listing positions with John Carroll University are expected to adhere to these principles. Failure to do so will result in access to JCU Career Connection being terminated.
Listings by third party recruiters will include a link to the NACE document, A Student's Guide to Interviewing with Third Party Recruiters ( http://www.naceweb.org/committee/whitepapers/student3gde.htm ). This link is being offered to students so they can familiarize themselves with practices of and expectations they should have of third party recruiters.
NOTE: Third-party recruiters do not have access to review resumes online.
