M.A. DEGREE IN ADMINISTRATION

Program Coordinator: Dr. Lisa Shoaf

The M.A. degree program in administration does not lead to licensure as a school principal .  The licensure program requires a total of 45 semester hours of specific content course work.

Degree requirements:

  1. Plan A: Course requirements for the M.A., including six credits for thesis (Credit hours = a minimum of 51 semester hours for licensure and thesis)
  2. Plan B: Course requirements for the M.A., with a research essay
  3. Completion of ED 502 by candidates in the first 15 hours of their program
  4. Required courses listed below
