ED 453 - Multicultural Education
DESCRIPTION:
Builds the personal and professional development of education and counseling practitioners through studying the sociological, historical, and philosophical scholarship on the mnay cultures, races, and ethnic groups that constitute the diverse student body of American schools. Considerations of racism, sexism, exceptionality and other diversity issues are applied to a variety of educatinal, counseling and agency settingsl ED 453 will have one section for community counseling and school counseling.
