ED 531 - Career Development and Vocational Appraisal DESCRIPTION: Career development throughout the life span and individual career decision-making theories. Career assessment, appraisal, personality, and aptitude instruments and techniques for evaluating individuals relevant to chooseing a career. Sources of career, eduational, and labor market information, including retrieval from computerized data sources and methods of setting up a career-resources center.
